60 Day returns on all items
At Enrock we pride ourselves with our 60 day return policy -- which is twice the amount of the industry standard. This means that at any point following two months after a purchase, you can return the product for a full and quick refund.
This 60-day grace period, double the industry standard of a 30-days return policy, has been implemented at Enrock based upon the indication suggested by some consumer-behavior studies, that it takes up to sixty days for the average person to decisively know if an electronic product actually suits their specific needs and serves the desired results.
How to return an item?
If the need for returning an item arises, in the unlikely event that it arrived defective or the item does not work for you, you can do so by following a few short and simple steps.
Get your Return Authorization
You can call us at 844-3ENROCK or simply email us at email@example.com requesting a Return Authorization. Please contact us immediately if the return involves a defective product.
Place the item, its accessories and manuals in the original packaging
Use the original over-box and the manufacturer's packaging. Over-boxes are being used for the purpose of protecting the merchandise during the process of shipping and handling. So in order to assure a smooth return and refund, please be sure to use them.
Attach the shipping label
In most cases, we will be providing you with a UPS Authorized Return Service (ARS) shipping label with your return authorization number. Remove or mark out the original labels, and secure one completed label to each package.
Drop the package off with UPS or USPS

After receiving your package, we will immediately start the process of exchanging or refunding your order. This should be completed within two business days.
We're doing our utmost to provide you with a smooth and easy return-process. However, customs and import/export rules and regulations which vary in different countries and our return-policy has been modified to account for them.
While we'll cover the cost of shipping back your replaced/repaired item, you'll be responsible for the initial shipping fee when returning the product to Enrock. Likewise, our Return Policy does not cover charges incurred by import duties, taxes, etc. Please determine with your country's Customs Office for the various charges and amounts prior to completing your purchase. (Note, while such fees are being charged and collected by the shipping company or pickup location, they are NOT shipping charges and are not incurred as part of the product delivery.)
Please note: US and International law disallows us to mark items as "gifts".
Refund options: You may choose an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased.
Refund method: Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Non-refundable: The money-back guarantee does not apply to prepaid installations, navigation map upgrades once the installation or map upgrade has been performed, once the package has been opened.
Items must be new: Enrock may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:
A different serial number than the one Enrock originally shipped.
Missing parts or the original product packing material.
Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.

How long does it take Enrock to process my return?
After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within two business days.
