We reserve ourselves the right for terminating this authorization at any point, for any reason. Trademarks
The trademarks, service marks and logos ("Trademarks") used and displayed on this site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Enrock and others. The use in any shape or form of any such Trademarks is prohibited without written permission of the Trademark owner. Limited Liability
Enrock shall not be held liable for any damages to equipment and/or personal injury or death directly or indirectly caused by the use or inability to operate products listed on this site. Enrock shall not be held liable for a claim in contract, tort, or indemnity arising from any product it sells. Enrock shall under no circumstances be held liable for third party claims for damages related to product malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, or for exemplary damages. In addition, customers shall assume any costs related to servicing, repair and correction of a misused product.
Typographical/Photographical Errors
Enrock is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Prices, specifications and images are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price -- which would likely be due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information from our suppliers -- Enrock shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s).
Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Enrock reserves the right to refuse service, including but not limited to, order fulfillment, customer support, and technical support, for any reason. An Enrock order invoice does not represent an actual acceptance of an order nor does it represent an offer to sell, rather, we reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, even after an order invoice is issued.
Sales Taxes
All orders shipped within New York will be charged with the state sales tax. The current New York State tax rate is 8.375%. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to other locations.
User Submissions
User content, including but not limited to material, information or ideas submitted to this website may be disseminated by Enrock and its associates and affiliates for any purpose except for those specified in the
Privacy Policy. All personal data will be handled with the discretion outlined in our Privacy Policy. Users are strictly prohibited from submitting any material containing offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic or profane material. Violators will be held responsible and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Severability
In the case that any stipulation of this agreement is deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, whether as a whole or in part, such incongruence shall not affect the validity of the remaining stipulations included in this agreement. Enrock will in such case modify in a way that best retains the original meaning.
